Paperwork never submitted to insurance

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I'M STRESSED~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I submitted my package to Dr. Tiesenga's office early Feb. I was not given an appointment until early April. For the past two weeks, I have been calling my insurance to find out if I'm approved , but I am being told they have never received any documentation the doctors office. Last week I did follow up call with Cecelia and she promised she would overnite my WL package to her contact. Again, I called to inquire and again, I get the same response. Now, I can't get a returned call from the doctors office.2nd week of April Cecelia of Dr. Tiesenga's. Weeks of waisted time

You may want to try to call her now. I just called to check on the status of my paperwork and she was the one to answer the phone.
