under 200..........
Hi all,
Well it has been awhile since I have been on. I hope everyone is doing well. I had a few moments this morning so I wanted to play catch up.
Brooke has some funny, "you might be a wls patient...." posted. I am gonna use them all.
It is official. I am under 200 pounds. I weighed this morning and the scale read 197.5. I can't remember the last time I weighted under 200. (many years).
For all the newbies....best wishes. And my prayers are with you.
And for all the veterans.....I couldn't have made it through without you all. And I love you all.
