diets like the cabbage soup diet? weigh****chers? LA weight loss? nutrisystems? slimfast? atkins? south beach? Beverly hills diet? Carb addicts diet? grapefruit diet? Jennt Craig? Richard Simmons Deal a meal? So many diets...you would think if they worked they would all be the same. But they aren't...Hope this helps.
