I'M APPOVED

I just talked to the insurance co and I just got approved yesterday....... Last week they kept telling me that my case was pending b/c of no date and needed documentation from doctor...So I called Human Resources and told them what runaround they were giving me and it was a covered benefit and I wanted this taken care of immediately... Had to share the news and do a little dance Polly

Three cheers for you! For doing whatever you needed to do to get your insurance company moving. Have you ever seen the movie, The Verdict? It's very interesting. It turns out that this insurance company automatically denies everyone on the first go round, but they end up approving the people who appeal a few times and are persistent. Great job fighting the system!
