well i am waiting now!

Well as far as i know all i am doing is waiting now for an approval or denial from the medicaid. I went and seen the surgon today who i truely felt very comfy with. I had my blood work done last week so they had the results today already and then my physic consult. I am just waiting he said i was a perfect canidate for theis proceedure. I just hope medicaid thinks so!!!!!!!! any thoughts???? Kim

that is awesome Kim!! I'm glad that they are getting you in so quickly. So did they said that they could do lap on you or open?? I'm sure medicaid wont have any problems with you getting approved. Like I told you the other day, Ann sent in my papers to public aid on Dec 7, and on the 17th they approved it and I got my paper in the mail on New years Eve!! So I'd say you have a minimum of 2 weeks, and possibly even quicker at hearing back from there. when you find out, give me a call and let me know. Whats your mom's take on it now? Is she any more at ease with it?? I'm off of here, gotta give Zach some breakfast and get Jeremy off to work!! talk to ya later!!

Hi Lora & Kimberly, Lora, it's good to hear that you are doing well after your surgery. Like you, Kimberly, I'm waiting. My testing is done and my paperwork arrived at BCBS on April 11th. Although it's only been 15 days, it seems like months. I'll be happy to be approved at any time, but I hope to get it together by early June. I'm a teacher and would have the whole summer to recover. I thought the tests were rough, but the waiting is even harder. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Sherry
