HELP PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!!!

I have had my consultation with Dr. Denham at Evanston Hospital and I am now in the process of doing all of my pretest. I have come to a screeching halt in my process because I have medicaid and I need to see the pshycologist for clearance and I cannot find one that accepts the insurance. I am located in Evanston IL. but I can make it to Chicago also, please if anyone knows of a therapist that I can go to and get the clearance or even just pay cash for the paper please give me the information. public aid does not cover phycholigist but it will cover a phyciatrist, I had went through pre ops with a pervious dr and thats what who they had me go see. I didnt end up going through with that surgery, I am also seeing dr denham if u could help me out and tell me where u had your other tests done and by who, since I am also on public aid that would be a great help. by the way I think I might have the number of a dr that can do a physc eval, I will need to look for the number though, I will get back to you and let u know

Thank you for your response, I used to work for the hospital in the same office that Dr. Denham works in but I left before he came but Karen was already there and I left shortly after she came. Most of your test you can have at the hospital actually u can have them all there except the pshyc evaluation. They dont take public aid for that and the out of pocket cost is 500 dollars. So as u can see I really needed to put up this posting so that I can find a doctor who does and the one i need is the one that u are referring too. Please oh please if u could find that guys number i would be sooooo grateful to u I would even be your angel and u could be mine. Although I am not quite sure what it is cause i read it on this site and i think its to update your site and let everyone know your progress and stuff like that when you are in the hospital lol. I need to go back and check up on it and read it again haha. But I will give you my number and we can go through your list of tests and I will tell you exactly where in the hospital to go and you should have about three test that need to be scheduled and are done over at the hospital radiology but u have a few test that can be done in the same building that u saw dr. denham in and a few test that can be done right in the same office like blood work ekg and your cardiac clearance. I will give u all the information and direct you, you can even get all of it done in like two to three days also.
