Brooke, your body just needed to take a break. A true plateau is when you do not loose ANY weight or inches for 30 days, you are far from the 30 days. Don't go on a liquid diet your body will think that you are starving it and will retain most of the calories that you put into it. Just continue to eat as you are but up your protein and water if possible. Besides a liquid diet is boring.
