WELL HELLO ALL IT HAS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I POSTED SO THOUGHT I WOULD DROP A FEW LINES. ITS BEEN 8 WEEKS FOR ME AND I AM DOWN ABOUT 42 LBS AND FEELING BETTER EVERY DAY. DOING A LOT MORE WALKING AND I PURCHASED A BIKE LOL LOL I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE GETS THEIR PROTEIN POWDER FROM SAMS CLUB IT SEEMED TO BE A REALLY GOOD DEAL. WELL LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK THIS GROUP NEEDS SOME ACTION LOVE TO ALL KAREN AKA FLUFFY

Protein powder from Sam's? No, tell me more about it. I get my ready to drink protein drinks from Sam's. It is called EAS Advant Edge, comes in chocolate, 15 g of protein and 100 calories and 1 impact carb. They come in a case for somewhere around $32, 24 paper "cans". The containers are heavy duty card board like paper. I like it just about the best of any protein drink. You can get them in the 4 pack at Osco. That would be cheaper if you want to try them. They also come in vanilla at Osco, Sam's only has chocolate. I found it to be the one protein drink that has the best taste and the least calories. Fantastic job on the weight loss so far, keep up the good work and exercise. My husband and I are going cown to Navy Pier tomorrow they have a bike show there. Saw it on the news last night. Think of it as a car show like they have in January but this is for bikes. I already have a 21 speed but would like to get him on something other than the 3 speed that he has. So, I have an ulterior motive taking him to the show.
