PS Panic Setting In

Hi AMOS IL friends OMG!! My PS (Anchor cut TT and BL) is on Monday the 28th. I had my pre op yesterday w/ my PS and he explained everything(again) to me, gave me some pain and antibiotic scripts to fill ahead of time, and asked me if I had any questions. I have done plenty of research and am comfortable with my choice of PS I am so prepared for this- got plenty of food, water jugs for my cooler, all bills are paid,all arrangements for kids are made,ect. I had a bad cold last week but I kicked it's ass and Dr. gave me a Z-Pak so my head is clear..... Everything is set and I'm going to my last Friday nite bingo for a while****il I can drive again-) I'm excited... but I am starting to freak out My Lorazepam isn't even helping.....I was not this freaky before my WLS.. My PS asked why I am so nervous.... I told him I'm scared to look normal..I don't know why! I have (had) been SMO for so many years I don't even realize I don't weigh 319lbs anymore.... OMG!!!!! I need to just chill! Thanks for looking and if ya got any relaxation tips please send them on P.S. If you would please send up good thoughts or whatever for me on Monday Thanks! Tracy you have gone through WLS, the years it took to get your weight where it is this is the final leg in your journey... Congrats, of course your nervous!!! Your gonna do great hang in there were all here with you in spirit!!! You're in my thoughts and prayers!! Debby

Tracy, You'll do just fine on Monday!! I'm so happy for you that you are able to have this done! That's interesting you're more freaked about this than your initial WLS! Isn't the mind a funny thing?
