3 month visit

Jeff, Brooke and I all had our 3 month visit Wednesday and then went out to lunch. I tried to get Jeff to buy, but he was too smart for that. Between the 3 of us, we've lost over 200 pounds, a whole person! My blood work was excellent, my cholesterol is 169 and I don't think it's ever been that low. The only concern was that my B-12 was too HIGH, so they want me to cut back. I guess I'm getting more than enough in my multivitamin. Dr. Vaughn says that even if you were stranded on a island, it would take 4-5 months for your levels to be affected and that people are worrying too much about it. BTW, Brooke and Jeff look fantastic! Terry

Cathy, that would be great. Although, I'll tell ya, if I see Brooke in her weigh-in pants one more time, I'm going to rip them off of her and burn them. They're at least 4 sizes too big on her. Terry

LOL Well I've got a couple pairs of jeans I'm going to try to pass on to her if I can get them to her before she shrinks out of them!
