Revision? Help please

I am 2 years out from surgery, went from 382 to 300, I definitely need to lose more, but no matter what I do I can't lose, I went to liquid diet, hungry all the time, excercise 4 times a week, seems like I can eat forever sometimes, I just know I have stretched my stomach. I don't know much about revision or who does it. I had my surgery at WISH center and WILL NOT go back there. I want to lose this weight but I need help... Anyone?
