Well i did it!!!!!!! I've lost 100 pounds!! I'm so excited.I was wearing size 60 pants below my gut.Today i had size 52 pants on around my gut!What a great day!!!!Thankyou to everyone for the help and encourgement that this site gives.

I've also lost 5 inches arround my neck! My sister is getting married on friday and i get to wear a tux!!People will be suprised.I will submit new pictures today.thanks taco 459/359/220
