3 1/2 months out !

Hi all you wls losers out there ! I wanted to post my 3 1/2 month out news so far. I started out at 203 and now am down to 162 today !!! WHOO HOO ! I have to say the scale was not being nice the last 3 weeks I was stuck at 165. So for all you out there that are stuck keep up it will move . My Dr. wants to see me at 125lbs , but I will be happy to see 130 .Im 5'2 barley , this has been a great journey for me . I eat whatever I want at smaller portions, and have to remind myself of those nasty habits all the time . Been ill a few times from eating too much , but my own fault . Ill learn along this journey .
