100 Pounds - GONE

I usually do more reading on this site, than posting. But, just wanted to share my news that I had lost 100 lbs for good, as of today. This site and all the support everyone gives everyone else has been invaluable. I have learned so much, both good and bad. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal, but just wanted to thank everyone for their support. This surgery has been the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. Never once have I regretted it. Not only have I lost this first 100 lbs., I have also learned a new healthier lifestyle. I FEEL SO GOOD Nancy 382/282/180?
