Surgeon stamp of a approval! OK'd...

Halo everyone! I had my appt! My surgeon approved me! He is really a great doc! I am happy I was refered to him! I have to get some tests done, but I hear that is normal. Just blood work etc....There is some issues with my network group that needs to be ironed out. He says they are a stickler for ducks being in a row! I called my PCP referal coordinator and left her a message making sure all is okay and nothing was over seen by myself or them! I will know in about a week on what needs to be done..etc... Meanwhile I also met w/the dietician and we went over EVERYTHING...which b/c of you and my email friends I have already read about! Its a huge commitment but I am so ready! She wants me to start following the 'schedule diet'...documenting my days worth...chewing and sipping....Yippee! I am so darn excited!!!! xoxoxoxojenn

Great for you. my first apt was dec 7th and Im now 3 weeks post. It really went fast for me. Dr Boe was my surgeon he's a great guy. I've lost 18 lbs in 18 days. I gained 10 lbs the first day in the hospital. be prepared for that. but you lose it in a few days or so... Im so happy for you.
