Melissa, I talked to Katie on Saturday...she seems to be doing well...she thinks she's a slow loser...which can be frustrating, but overall, she sounded great! Your user name...does that mean you use Vitamist? If so...how do you like it? I'm having problems tolerating my vitamins...so I'm looking for an alternative... Brandy

How does it tast?

Honestly, you spray it in your mouth. It does taste like vitamins. It has a bit of mint to cover up the taste but really, the taste doesn't last very long. It is absorbed so quickly that the taste goes away. You can drink/eat/whatever afterward if it bothers you that much. If you'd like a sample, see if your support group would like me to come and explain the product, if not, I'll send you a sample if you email me your address. Melissa
