Upper GI

I have to get a upper GI test done. Does anyone know what that consist of? Thanks in advance for your help.

I am pre-op and had to have one back in the spring of 04. They told me I would be constipated for a little bit so on my way home I stopped at White Castles, did not have white stools or any constipation!!! It is a very easy test though. Good luck.

Hi Lisa, I just had it done at West Sub last week. All it is drinking smoething that taste like alka alzer and then a drink that real thick like a mild shake and tast kind of like a piacolotta MMMM Hay I was hungery anything taste good at that point I didnt eat from 8pm the night before and My appointment was for 9:ooam well they were running late so like I said that ukkkyyyy shake tasted pretty darn goood LOL Lisa you take care and any questions please feel free to email me.
