RE 3months out
hi ,
im three months out and was wondering if it is normal to put on a few pounds . I have pretty much been losing a lb or more a week , and this week i seem to have put on 4 lbs. Should i feel bad that i pretty much eat whatever i want but smaller amounts. I sometimes wonder if its too many carbs im eating or not enough of something else. I have my protein shakes in the am . If anyone can comment on this email me . Thanks
Dont want to freak myself out that this might be all my body is going to lose. Do wls folks generally continue to lose for up to 6 months or more ?

I'm about a week further than you.. and I've been yo-yoing in a pretty normal way since the 2nd month.. I usually lose for 3 or 4 weeks.. then I'll either stall or gain slightly.. then I lose that and then some.. it follows a pretty set pattern so I don't get freaked out about it.
The first time it happened, I asked my surgeon about it (at my checkup) and he said it was perfectly normal.
I trust the guy.
