Well, along with my August '04 buddies there seems to be a trend of a plateau around months 5-6. I'm assuming this is the norm. I'm looking for experiences here? I haven't plateaued at all so this one is smackin me upside the head. That's what I get for exercising. LOL Melissa

Melissa, this also happened to me about 5-6 months out. The good news is that it didn't last too long. You look fantastic! Don't stop exercizing! Mellisia 342/209/170

You have worked so hard so dont let this get to you, its a part of the process.... I would worry if you weren't eating right and eating chocolate kisses and bon bons all day but since your not it will pass soon... Debby

Melissa, the scale may not move for someone at the 6 month mark but start taking your measurements and they probably will be moving for you. I just looked at my log book that I kept my measurements in and I continued through my 5th month to almost 1 year out loosing inches. I do remember that the scale would stall during that time because I was going to Weigh****chers. Don't be discouraged if it stops moving for a short while your body just needs a break.
