What did you eat today?!
(Actually, this is the food journal from Sat)
B: 1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1/2 slice rye toast
S: Blue Bunny Key Lime Yogurt
L: salad with 2 oz leftover sirloin steak, Light-Done-Right Ranch dressing and salsa
S: 1 cheese stick, 4 slices turkey pepperoni
D: Orange Chicken, broccoli
S: Protein Shake
64 OZ water
12 OZ tea
8 OZ skim milk
I didn't!!!! We went out to a Thai restaurant for dinner with friends. It ended up working out well, because there were so many people to chat with, I didn't over-eat... and the chicken sat well with me. Once I ate my few pieces of chicken and a couple spoonfuls of rice - I passed my dish around the table and let everyone else take what they wanted. Usually I'd take leftovers home, but we were going out to play trivia and karaeoke after dinner... didn't think it would sit well!
Let's see... nothing with sweet/sour sauce - don't want you to dump on it! I do best with things like chicken with garlic sauce, or chicken with broccoli. I just have a tiny bit of rice with it, because rice tends to expand and make me over-full REAL quick without me realizing it. I tried lo-mein noodles once, HORRIBLE - did not agree with me at ALL!
Egg drop soup is always great too - high in protein!
