Exercise
First I have a quick question... do you guys know any exercises I can do to get rid of my hips!!! I hate them I'm afraid that once I get to goal I'm gonna have a normal sized waist and huge hips... anyone?
Ok I'm looking forward to include some non-treadmill activities so
I got this awesome DVD workout today. It's Denise Austin, but that cool part is that you can make your own work out. The workouts available on the dvd are
Cardio:
low (intensity)
high
Upper Body
low
medium
high
Lower Body
low
medium
high
Abs (10 minute express workout)
Stretching
you can choose any combinations of the workout in any order! So you can watch the same dvd everyday and not get board because it's different workouts!
Sweetie hang in there the hips will come down... I get on the floor on my hands and knees and lift my leg up as if i am going to pee on a tree LOL 20x each leg.. works that muscle pretty good... but see I also have no ass no hips and no legs I was like a fat apple on toothpicks!! I am shocked my legs could hold my weight LOL
I also get a 10lb free weight stand legs shoulder length apart and bend to the side with the weight in my hand...
Like I said the hips will come down just give it time
