That is so cool. I am doing a walk for cancer this summer as well in Chicago. Mine is a marathon and a half. I have already started training. I am walking for my mom who died from a quickly invasive melenoma cancer September 2004 and my grandma who has gone before her. PHEW! This one is one day one mile short sweet. I don't like the Avon one. $1800 is a LOT of money. It's too much IMO. Good Luck! My family does it every year.
