Crappy Week

Hi Everybody, Thought I'd invite all of you to my personal pity party. What a week. First of all, I'm in month 11 of my 12 month BCBS program, and the nutritionist resigned. They are looking for someone to replace her so we can finish the program and submit to insurance. Then I had my EDG last Friday. I was assured that I would be asleep and not feel a thing. WRONG. They put me to sleep AFTER the tube hit my stomach. I almost gagged myself inside out. They found a hiatal hernia and also took a biopsy of my stomach. Was taken off my arthritis meds for a week to prevent any bleeding after the biopsy. I ache like crazy. Today I went for a chemical stress test. They said there is an 80% chance of a blockage and won't approve surgery until I have an angiogram. I agree with this as I want to be as safe as possible, but am a real needle wah wah. Another IV and needles in the groin-YUK. Sure won't look forward to that. They missed my vein several times today, as usual. I feel better already just sharing this with all of you.
