Kiley has also worked for Adweek and Brandweek as an editor, as well as for two leading advertisingagencies. He has appeared many times on national TV and radio as an authority on the auto industry, advertising, as well as to talk about his Bandster experience. DR Santiago Horgan, M.D. Director, Minimally Invasive Bariatric Center Dr. Horgan is a leading surgeon in the field of minimally invasive surgery and was among the first surgeons to be trained in the use of the LAP-BAND Adjustable Gastric Banding System. In fact, he was instrumental in bringing the LAP-BAND surgery to the United States, and is one of just 20 surgeons in the country who participated in the FDA clinical trial leading the approval of the LAP-BAND Adjustable Gastric Banding System for the treatment of morbidly obese patients. As a result, he is one of the most experienced surgeons in the field, having performed over 500 LAP-BAND surgeries to date.
