Ever heard of this??

Insurance co said that i have to be under docs care for 5 years of dieting then i could have the surgery..Any ideas??

Well the doctor I went to for the recommendation I hadn't seen in 5 years, so I brought a list of all the diets I had tried over the year and he put them all as "supervised" even though they weren't technically. Maybe if you take a list to your doctor of all the attempts you've made he will do the same.
