So I got a bag of these soy crisp from Wal-mart (the lightly salted ones) they are fantabulous, get some low fat cheese dip and it's heaven!!

MMmmMM THOSE SOUND GOOD. HAVE YOU TRIED THE "VEGGIE CRISPS" THEY HAVE DIFFERENT FLAVORS LIKE TOMATO BASIL. THEY AREN'T BAD AND PRETTY GOOD CARB WISE. ABOUT 12GRAMS FOR ABOUT 30 CHIPS. OF COURSE, WE WOULDN'T EAT 30 CHIPS RIGHT?
YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE IS GOOD AND GREAT SOURCE OF PROTEIN, CHEDDAR CHEESE (BRICK) MELTED WITH SOME SALSA. YOU CAN EVEN ADD HOT CHILES. YUMM.
