Joined curves
Hello all,
I am a lurker. I hardly ever post. I joined Curves on Monday and really like it alot. I have about 50lbs to go. I had to have my gallbladder removed Dec. 29th so now I am getting back into shape. I am ashamed to say that up until the gallbladder surgery I had done no exercise to lose the weight. Now that I look back on it I am ashamed. I originaly thought that I would wait till the weight loss slowed and then start the exercise program to jump start the weight loss. Now I wonder what was I thinking doing that? Anyway anyone out there belong to curves and if so how long did you workout before you noticed a difference? Do you feel you get good results from their workout?
