Today was fantastic mostly because I had no classes. I started to go to the gym and my roommate is like, no lets just walk outside. So we did. We didn't get as far as I would have liked, but he's a beginner hehehe. We did about a mile which makes this week's total so far 7 miles! Today's Totals Calories: 543 Fat: 29 Carbs: 30 Protein: 52 Today's Menu 1/2 of chicken breast 2 pineapple triangles 1/2 orange 1 sugar free cookie 1 tblsp coolwhip lite 1/3 petite serloin Ruby Tuesday 2 pieces of steamed broccoli 2 tablespoons mashed cauliflower How did you do today?
