Today was good. I got my work out in around 9:30 2 miles on the treadmill and I even jogged about half a mile. That makes 6 miles for the week. Food totals: Calories: 508 Fat:22 Carbs:27 Protein: 50 (these include the cheesecake I intend on eating at work) Today's Menu: 1 egg 1/2 chicken breast with cheese and broccoli 1 mozzarella stick 1/2 tango chicken breast without bread(AppleBees) 1 strawberry (AppleBees) 2 pineapple triangles (AppleBees) 1/2 serving lemonberry cheese cake (AppleBees)
