Question for Jason.

I went to work out today 45 min's into i got real light headed.I had a atkins smoothie 3g fat 4 carbs 1 sugar 13 g protien and my centrum before i went this is my third week 1st time i got light headed.any ideas? ps i hit 50 down after the gym!!!

Jeff slow down a little not in what your doing but if your laying down doing some weights or something get up slowly... when you get light headed from working out its usually a result of moving to fast. As we lift weight and work out our blood flow focus' on those muscles being used then suddenly you move in a different way and you get light headed... Well thats what i was told in my weightlifting class when i was in high school... weird i'd remember that...

Darn sure you have class on a night I have to work at job 2!!! We need to get our schedules together your making it hard for me to stalk you...I work Mon, tuesday, Wed going to chicago for surg appointment, thursday working Friday night going out got 4 free tickets to pops rocks to see Mountain in concert... I felt that way after I had an atkins bar with lots of sugar alcohol in it! Did your shake have sugar alcohol?
