Question for Jason.
Jeff slow down a little not in what your doing but if your laying down doing some weights or something get up slowly... when you get light headed from working out its usually a result of moving to fast. As we lift weight and work out our blood flow focus' on those muscles being used then suddenly you move in a different way and you get light headed...
Well thats what i was told in my weightlifting class when i was in high school... weird i'd remember that...
Darn sure you have class on a night I have to work at job 2!!! We need to get our schedules together your making it hard for me to stalk you...I work Mon, tuesday, Wed going to chicago for surg appointment, thursday working Friday night going out got 4 free tickets to pops rocks to see Mountain in concert... Old band Jas you wouldnt know who they are LOL
