what kind of vitamins do you take? I ordered the vista vitamins and got them today. I'm not sure why (can't recall where I read it) but I thought you only had to chew two of these things ....the bottle says to chew FIVE ...I can't even chew one without gagging on the taste....sorry...just don't like them! I know some have tried the mist...does that leave a nasty after taste? and does it have all the vitamins the other brands have. I'm only 9 days post op so I need to be on the chewable ones...any suggestions on vitamins that don't have a strong after taste? ***smacks herself for not looking into this sooner*** ...thanks in advance for any help PS....if there is anyone that likes the vista vitamins I have two bottles of them I wont be using (minus one chewable) ...e-mail me.

I use the vitamist I like them there is a slight taste not bad its minty I uset the multivitamin spray and I use the B-12... I have no problems with after taste on either, though the B-12 tastes better than the mulit vitamins... ************ Disclaimer.... This is what I take I like them its easy and convienent for me I am not selling this product to anyone.. Konni asked about them ***************************************** Melissa is a rep for the company she can get you some info if you want.. I also take Isopure for my protien.. 50 grams of protien per serving I use it as my breakfast because I am in a rush in the morning and this is perfect for me. Some surgeons want you to get your protien soley by food that is not practical for me and my surgeon likes us to use the powder... The great thing about isopure is it has great flavors and disolves in water so easy you don't need a shaker or blender.... Debby

Konni, I use Resource Optisource chewables. They taste like orange and are actually pretty reasonable as far as flavor goes. I don't have to take any additional supplements right now -- not even calcium (I just had blood work done at my PCP's office last week and I'm waiting for the letter)... I take four of them a day between meals. You can get them online at walgreens.com -- they're awesome. I heart them. Stef Lap RNY 11/12/04 390 -> 335 -> 175

email me your address and I'll send ya a sample. It includes a coupon too! [email protected] I've never had an aftertaste issue with them. They absorb pretty darn quickly. Let me know!

Konni, I'm on the Centrum Adult Chewable twice a day. Also, don't give up, what tastes bad to you now, may taste fine next week. Terry
