Nutritional Eval, anyone required to have it from insurance?

Hi, I just heard from Nancy at Dr. De la torre's office that my insurance is requesting that I have a nutritional eval. I have been trying all day to find someone or at least make an appointment for a dietitian to do it. I can't reach anyone. Have any of you had to get one, or can you recommend one that is familiar with the surgery? Thank-you all so much. I am hoping this will be it and I'll be approved.

I would talk to the dieticians at your local hospital. They should be able to help you out. Good luck, Nancy
