So what chart should I use?
I've been going to fitday.com, to help figure out if I'm getting enough protein during the day. My question is, how many calories should I be getting, or should I wait until I'm on regular food? I've seen different amounts in different places so I've just been concentrating on getting my protein and water. Anything else I should be doing?

During one of my post-op visits, I asked Jennifer at Barix that same question: "What about calories?" She just wanted me to focus on protein and water intake and 'manage' my regular meals. She really didn't seem to want to give me a 'goal' or 'range' to follow. So far, without 'counting' calories I'm down 75 pounds. Now, I'm sure that eventually I'll be counting everything, but right now, just follow their program... it works!
