Losing too Fast??

I had my 3 month check-up this past week. I have lost 80 lbs. The Dr. thinks I might be losing too fast. I feel wonderful though. I just had my blood work done, I figure that would show something if I am. They only thing I experience is a little dizzy sometimes. I also get really cold by the end of the day. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

How fast you lose depends on your starting size, and what type of surgery you had. After 3 mos. you really start to slow down though. Your bloodwork wont really reflect any deficiences til @6mos or later. As for being cold, I'm still cold and I"m 17mos post op. One of the sacrafices we make is giving up our polar bear status As far as dizziness, are you taking b12 sublingually? Thats all I can figure. Sounds like youre doing great;)
