My policy just went in force on 1/18 with bcbs of il and I was wanting to know how soon should I start on my wls journey?? I want the lap band, but I don't want to start it up and they cancel me out!!!

BCBS "unless they have changed their policy" will require you 1 year supervised diet... and if thats the case start now!
You will want to check their policy on bariatric surgery
