Weight loss update...

We got a scale that goes up high enough for my hubby to weigh... He is now down 75 pounds (in 2 months and 3 days!) His BMI is down 10 points also. It is still a challenge to see the loss (big guys are big guys!) but it is encouraging to him to know that he continues to lose... Next week (Friday) is his official weigh in, so we'll see how he does there. BTW, the scale is a talking scale...we got it for under $50, and it goes up to 440#...
