Hey guys i just got home from the ymca i walked 21 min at 2.9 mph and cool down 19 min at 1.9 mph over 40 min's and 1.5 miles double the time and .5 miles futher than monday.that cool down helped i could walk futher.I plan on going 5 days a week to walk till i can start working out.i got to start getting my breath back.No more couch potato.that was my new years res. i drinking all day long i was pretty close to 64 oz yesterday.and had over 70 grams peotein that is 30 grams short but hard when you don't eat much. Jason i work for myself and i hate going to work too. Isn't that bad.36 degrees out here it's like a heat wave compared to yesterday.Have a great day! Jeff Streator IL

Jason - what have you ate already that you have 70 grams of protein in? I am pre-op but following a doctor supervised diet for insurance purposes. Anyways, I need to get 60 grams in, no shakes allowed and I can never seem to make it. Sounds like you can give me some advice. . . Thank you

Jeff make sure your getting your protien and your water... when I went through a few days and no loss I realzied I hadn't been getting my water in.. bad girl!!
