Grab N Go

I was just out shopping at walmart and found that they have a cheaper version of the crystal light packets that you just mix into a bottle of water, very inexpensive. I'm just trying some things out for when I do get the surgery, thought this information might be helpful. I also bought a couple of books to read, one is Living & Eating Well After WLS by Susan Maria Leach, the other one is Gastric Bypass Surgery 150 Questions and Answers by Mary P. McGowan MD. I havent tried the grab N go's, but I've heard they were pretty good. Susan Maria also has a website, its www. bariatriceating. com she's got alot of good information on the site and you can also order vitamins,etc from there too. I think there's alot of people from here(OH) that order.
