MEXICO?

I WAS WANTING TO KNOW IF THERE WAS ANYONE IN ILLINOIS THAT HAS WENT TO MEXICO TO HAVE THERE LAP BAND DONE? OR HAS ANYONE EVER CONSIDERED? I DO NOT HAVE HEALTH INS. AND IT IS A LOT MORE CHEAPER TO CROSS THE BORDER THAN TO HAVE IT DONE IN THE U.S. S WILLIAMS
