Today was good, I got in 45 grams of protein (if my milk wasn't spoiled and I wasn't broke I would have made a shake for the rest) 40ish ounces of water and 30 minutes on the treadmill!
How did you do?!
Way to go Brooke!! I started using fitday and was surprised that im only getting in 45g of protien and not near enough calories.

Yesterday, I did great!

60+ g protein
45+ minutes of exercise (stairmaster/10, treadmill/15, weight trainers/25)
On my way there again, today!!
