Happy Dance~

Hey everyone! I just had to tell someone that I have INSURANCE!! My mom told me that I wasn't able to be on her insurance anymore b/c her insurance only covered me up until I was 22! I'm 22 now, so I have been trying to find insurance for a long time now. But I called and they said you had to be a full time student and they covered up to the age of 23! So I'm a part time student right now, and all I need is 2 more credit hours and i'm good!! WOW~~ But my mom is not supportive of my decision at all about have WLS. She has done everything to ruin my plans. She lied about calling her insurance company b/c she said they said 22 and it's really 23. And she told me all the other insurance company's wouldn't cover it, or they had bad plans! I can't stand that she is so unsupportive. I called her just now, and told her the good news, and then I said I was going to call and get a consultation with a WLS doctor in Clinton, and she said, "lets talk about this later" Argghhh! But my cousin is very supportive! So that helps. Thanks to all for my little rant, sorry. I'm just so happy I have insurance! It's United Health Care by they way. If anyone has had them, please let me know how you liked them, and if you had to have a dr.'s supervised diet. Thanks so much for listening to me!! Good Luck everyone ~Kerri~

haha I know! IM me anyways, b/c half the time i'm around this thing... I can't get away from it haha! How are you doing? Are you hungry at all? Hey everyone, I actually had a talk with her tonight, and she is going to support my decision. She said she was just scared. And I told her that I wanted her to go to my consultation with me, and write down all her concerns. And she said she was just happy that I made up my own mind, and that I did my research.
