Failed diet attempts??
When insurance or medicaid asks for failed diet attempts do they mean diets where you tried and did not loose or do they mean diets where you lost and regained, or both?
Also is the program at the Comp clinic considered a medically supervised diet to meet the needs of medicaid or will they want even further back than that?

Sweety, all of the above, so put your thinking cap on and start making a list. Usually, they will ask what the diet was, how long you were on it, how much you lost and how much you lost. They sometimes want to know what the year was that you tried the diet. Both bariatric doctors I went to wanted these questions answered.
