Support Group

Does anyone know of a Support Group that meets in the evening in the Oak Forest/Tinley Park, Illinois area?

I know that the Barix has a support group in Orland and that St. Joseph's has one in Joliet. Those are the closest two I know to you. Nancy

Beverly, The Midwest Bariatric support group meets at the Hilton hotel in Oak Lawn, IL on 95th & ****ro ave (entrance to conference room is in the back of hotel off of 95th street) - all are welcome regardless of where or who did your surgery. This is the meeting I attend. They meet the 1st Wednesday of every month (tonight there is a meeting - no charge). They also have Tuesday night meetings for post-ops ($10 charge). I haven't been to any of these yet as I have been working some majorly long hours at work and too tired - but I try to attend the monthly meetings as often as I can.
