My surgery was 11/12.. I lasted til just before Thanksgiving.. so... a week and a half.
My doctor never gave me a "don't do this until" date.. not for anything.. he just said listen to your body.. if you think you're ready.. give it a try.. don't overdo it.. You'll know if it's too much.

Jeff, my husband wants you to know that he's glad you asked this question, since he's pretty sure there's no way in hell he can last 3 weeks. In fact, I'm surprised he's made it this long.
