I'm so glad to hear you are doing so well How big is your incision?...i wanted to ask Terry and Jeff that too so if they are reading this.....how big is it? What is this binder you guys are talking about? Congrats on the 17lbs!!! you are doing so great girl!! ~hugs~ Konni

My incision is 4 and 3/4 inches I was able to cover it with just one gauze pad turned like a diamond. The nurse said it was little. The binder is this big white thing... lol it's like a girdle almost it goes around your middle to help support you and hold everything in. It's not that uncomfortable, until after surgery when you are able to move around and do more stuff it just feels in the way.

Konni, To tell you the truth, I haven't measured it, but it's not very long. Probably about 4.5 inches or so. Terry

Konni, You're exactly where Jeff and I were right before our surgery. It's probably a good thing that it came up as fast as it did, since I didn't really have a chance to stress about it more than I had already. I won't lie and tell you it's going to be a breeze, but I'm more convinced than ever that Barix is the best over every other bariatric clinic. You'll be in good hands. Terry

Brooke I can not believe how little your incision is!!!! Is everyones about that long? That is great! Congrats on your weightloss! I agree with Cathy make sure you get your time with the Doc! Shelli
