The Visit
It was good, I felt like the doctor was a little rushed, but no biggie I'm sure had important stuff to do.
I found out:
1. I don't have to wear my binder anymore!! WOO HOO
2. I don't have to sleep with this oxygen tank anymore.... double woo hoo!!
3. Most important they said I can start Puree food today!!! (so take that date steeler hehehehe)
My inscision looks really good and I've officially lost 17 lbs not counting the fluid weight I gained in the hospital!!
All in all it was a great visit.
Sounds like you're doing GREAT Brooke! That's fantastic!
Remember that if you start getting a little too sore walking around, you might want to throw that binder back on occaisionally - I know that I was SO glad to get rid of it, but a couple weeks later I looked forward to putting it on mid-afternoon for a couple hours.
Here's a toast to your pureed foods!

Now now don't discount yourself! If he had other things to do, they should've not come into play in his appt with you! But we all know how docs can be!
Woooo hooooooooooooo on the binder and no more 02 tank! Mmmm puree ...
Way to go on the 17 pounds girlfriend!!!!!!!!! I'm so very proud of you!
Hugz,
Cathy
