Health Alliance Insurance?

Has anyone used or heard of Health Alliance? If so, did you have any problems with them? Or, If you know of an insurance company that won't deny you b/c of your weight? Thanks to all who answer ~Kerri~

I have Health Alliance. I didn't have any problem with them and was approved the first time through. Tiffany

Did they make you be on a doctor's supervised weight loss program for a certain period of time? Thank you for your input ~Kerri~

Health Alliance requires a 6 month doctor supervised diet within the last three years I believe. My regular doctor did a good job at charting and by the time I finished jumping through all their hoops, (psych exam, sleep study, meetings with the dietician) the 6 months were up and it all went through quickly.
