Happy 2005 everyone!
I'm just finally getting downstairs to check the boards and my email. Every day gets a little better, and one of the nurses at Barix, Judy M., gave me the book Before and After by Susan Leach to read. It's really helped me get through the tough spots, like when nothing appeals to me bu****er, and I'm trying to walk, breathe, sip, and wondering if I'll ever eat food again. Then 5 minutes later, I know I'll be healthy for the rest of my life, and not getting more comorbidities every year. Thanks to everyone here for helping me through, especially Brooke and Jeff. Hope everyone has the greatest year ever!
Terry

Hi Jeff,
I'm so glad you are doing so well. It helps to see that you, Terry and Brooke are doing so great considering I am going to be having my surgery at Barix on the 18th.
I have a really long drive home too after surgery...3 1/2 hours...any suggestions on making the ride more comfortable?
Happy New Year to you and your family. Enjoy your new life!!
~hugs~

Hey Terry! How are ya feelin so far?
Yep, this is a great year so far I've seen PC three times in the past week. But that's got to make up for the nearly 3 weeks I won't be seeing him because he's got to chaperone school stuff out of town next weekend and then I've got classes and and and lol...
I'm so glad to see you here!
