need to learn how to be patient

I am so ticked off right now I can't hardly stand it. I just called PCP office and asked again how they were coming along on my referral letter, after getting a 20 minute run around on the phone and then being "accidently" disconnected I am still told the same crap of "it's on her desk and she is aware of how important this is to you and that you need it asap, give us a call back mid january and we will let you know where we are with it." I let them know that I have a copy of a sample letter and all she would need to do is fill it in with my information and sign it and all would be done but they said no she will do it herself when she finds time. I am so mad,disappointed, depressed, and hurt right now. I know that I will get the letter sooner or later and maybe I am over reacting and just need to let things happen as they will. Who knows. Hope all is going well for everyone else and thank you to all who have helped me with your suggestions today. anita
