I have always wanted one too, was going to do it after my divorce but now waiting for my weight loss. I want it on the back of my shoulder. I know there are several places here in DG on ogden but not sure how good they are. Giovanna

Mine is on my right outside ankle. I have three roses with vines connecting them. I have had mine for about 10 years so it could use some color touchups. I got mine at a small place in Joliet, they are closed. Sorry I can not help you in a good location. Just make sure the place is clean, clean disposable needles, etc. Nancy

HEY!!!!!!!!!!! you're not allowed to get one. Besides if you get one you have to come down here cause I won't let anyone but Kurt do a tattoo on me. And if we're gonna do the BFF hearts we have to be together....

Well, I don't think I'll be doing the BFF thing. I want the ladybug first. I can't believe I haven't gotten it yet. I'm such a slacker.

My husband and daughter have several and they always go to Vanity Tatoo, it's on Lake Street in Roselle.

Biscuit, I have a couple of tattoos. My latest being on my left outside ankle. It is a rose with a banner across the bottom with my hubby's name in it and an ankle bracelet around it of vines. It is absolutely gorgeous! I had it done at JADE DRAGON by George Pappas. Everyone has their own opinion and favorite place to go. I highly recommend JADE DRAGON! They have done all of mine and my husband's tattoos and I have never been disappointed!

What is your husband's name? I went to school with a Boersma. He was a year older than me.

As you can see, everyone has their own favorite when it comes to who puts on their ink. My best advice is to make sure you are completely comfortable with the artist and ask to see all of their work, not just the flash on the walls of the parlor. If you go to someones shop and you do not feel right, turn around and walk out. Go and watch them work in their parlor a few times. See how clean they are and how they treat the customers. Talk to them to be clear on what you want and what you expect. Get to know their style and what they are good at. Best of luck, Miss Avery
